Effective Pest Control Treatments
There is no such thing as a "one treatment fits all" solution. We offer a variety of affordable and effective treatment options which can be customized to fit your needs, including your budget. We usually begin with a combined exterior and interior treatment during which a variety of residual insecticides and/or baits may be applied in and around your property in order to trap and kill existing pests while creating a barrier to keep new pests away.
Occupants are given instructions in order to prepare for this treatment. Instructions vary depending on the type of pest and extent of the infestation. Furthermore, all persons and pets will need to vacate the structure for approximately 4 hours after the treatment has been applied.
Maintenance Programs
Pest control treatments are guaranteed for a minimum of 30 days from the date of application. Since chemicals will breakdown over time, we offer monthly and bi-monthly pest control maintenance. This service generally consists of an exterior treatment in order to keep the chemical barrier between the pests and your property. However, should the pests cross this barrier we will re-treat interior areas at no additional charge.
